FAQs
What is the difference between an EA/PA and VA?
An Executive or Personal Assistant is usually desk based and employed on a full or p/t basis.
With an EA/PA you still have to cover things like payroll tax, National Insurance contributions, pensions, holiday pay and sick pay.
You don’t have any of those costs with a VA, as we handle it ourselves. It’s why you’ll spend far less cost wise and time-wise on an elite VA, than a full time high-level employed EA.
All you need to do is spend an hour or two a week of your time in the beginning to get them up to speed with you and your life or business.
What are the benefits of hiring a VA?
Firstly, it’s a cost-effective solution as VAs typically work remotely and can be hired on a flexible basis. Secondly, it saves time by outsourcing tasks, allowing you to focus on core business activities. Additionally, VAs bring specialised skills, global talent, scalability, and can enhance work-life balance by reducing workload stress.
How does your pricing work?
There are no hidden fees, and your bank of hours only start being used once we have our onboarding call. You will be billed upfront ahead of your first month or project. We recommend starting with a minimum of 10 hours per month for Private PA work, and 20 hours per month for Executive Business support services.
You can always increase or top up if you need to, but the retainer allows you to book guaranteed time with your VA each month.
Specialist Services: Once you have a monthly retainer with us, if you only need a couple of hours a week for book keeping for instance, or someone to help you set up a new CRM, or launch your podcast let’s chat and we can arrange the right person for that too.
Projects and One Offs: If you require a Virtual Assistant for a short while, for a project such as a house move, or supporting a business recruitment drive - we’d be happy to quote for that specific project.
